I am finally caught up to my actual pregnancy time frame, which is 18 weeks. It was fun reminiscing about my experiences so far. Below is my belly at 18 weeks.
One thing that I forgot to mention about my pregnancy was my hunger. When I first became pregnant, I was just starving. I would eat a decent amount of food, but an hour later I would be starving. I could not believe it. My hunger was the same as after doing a 50 mile bike ride (I am an avid cyclist, which you can read about in my other blog, ride.hike.eat). My hunger continued in this manner until about 2 weeks ago. I am now eating more normal. I do have to snack a few more times than I used to prior to being pregnant. It sure takes a lot of energy to grow a baby! Ha!
